Nimkat Architectural Photography, founded in 2013 in Tehran by Farzad Bagherzadeh, is renowned for its excellence in visual storytelling. With a Master’s degree in applied art in photography from Tehran University of Art, Farzad has earned international and national recognition, receiving multiple prestigious awards for his work with Iranian architecture firms and designers.
In 2024, Nimkat relocated to Toronto, marking a new chapter in its journey. Nimkat aims to bring its creativity and prestigious imagery to Canadian architects, designers, and companies, positively impacting visual culture and economic status.
The name “NIMKAT” symbolizes a place of contemplation and respite in Persian, reflecting the studio’s dedication to providing thoughtful visual experiences.
